At Blessed Thomas Holford Catholic College, we are proud to work in close partnership with a number of local Catholic primary schools that share our values of faith, learning, and community. These feeder schools play a vital role in preparing children for the next stage of their educational journey, and we are privileged to welcome many of their pupils into our Year 7 cohort each year.

We understand that moving from primary to secondary school is a significant step. That’s why we offer a comprehensive transition programme for pupils from our feeder schools, including:
