I feel strongly that all my interactions with BTH are weighed, by the Senior Leadership Team, not in terms of ‘what’s in it for BTH’ but in terms of ‘what’s best for the children’, both in their own school and beyond. This shared morale purpose has underpinned our productive relationship. Practically, our partnership has included members of BTH’s SLT and the Headteacher joining our facilitator team, the Associate Headteacher’s role as part of our Fellows coaching team, advocacy and introductions to other schools, partnering on facilitation skills training for serving school leaders and the provision of free venue space for key training events.
Our North Team now works with more than 100 schools across the North of England. Our relationship with BTH embodies the very best in partnership working – mutually beneficial, with outcomes for children at the heart of all we do – and we are extremely grateful for BTH’s continued support.Melanie Renowden Regional Director, North Teaching Leaders
